The Grand Canyon, Private Raft Trip, December 2013

In December 2013, after a year of planning, 9 of us took a raft trip of a lifetime down the Colorado River.
At the time it was the coldest December for 20 years with night time temps dropping to -15 degrees centigrade and day time temps reaching 10 degrees in the sunshine.

We guided and rowed the trip ourselves and took 16 days to descend the 225 miles!
